The protection covers, among other things, accidental damage, theft, and loss. Depending on the device model and timing, the protection may be provided through an external insurance solution or in accordance with the applicable Refurbly Flex terms and conditions.
If an approved claim occurs, we will repair or replace your device. Thanks to our Swap Service, you’ll never be without a working phone for longer than necessary.
