Go to my account and you will be able to easily change your card details for your Flex subscription. Below you will find step-by-step instructions including screenshots:
1. Sign in to my account - flex-minasidor.refurbly.se
Add your e-mail address and you will receive a sign in code in your inbox.
2. Click on "My profile" (top right corner)
3. Update payment method
a) Click on "Uppdate payment method" in the menu that opens up
4. Fill in your new card details
a) A new window opens where you fill in your card details
b) Click "Update payment method" when you are done
c) Sign with Swedish BankID
d) Done!
OBS. Some times you may experience the BankID step getting you stuck at loading/spinning. But don't worry, in most cases the update has already happened. Want to be sure? Go back and check the details in my account, or contact our support staff.
